I have thick thighs and I cannot lie (sung in sir mix-a-lot voice)

But really gals I do.  I’m visibly plus size, I’ve got chunky thighs but only just at the top of my legs.  In the summer months there’s just that few centimetres of leg that touch, enough for me to not be comfortable walking long distances in dresses. And I’m a dress kinda gal so I’ve always had a few tricks up my skirt to sort that out.

I opted to road test the lace trim shorts.   Since wearing them I’ve been wearing them EVERY day.  Obvs with washing them in between.  I kind of feel naked without them now, not only do they save my thighs from rubbing they are also great for modesty when it’s a tad windy.

At first I was worried the lace would rub – which is why I opted for this style.  Was pleasantly surprised that the lace sits in the perfect spot.

Now, we all know bodies can get hot and sweaty in summer.  I can assure you that these are breathable and you don’t feel extra sweaty in the crotch zone.
