Make the most of your wardrobe by creating different looks from one key staple garment.
If you have been following me for a while then you will already know how I like to get the most out of my clothes.
Naturally, I have become very strategic in my endeavours and try my best to purchase garments that are multi-function.
With each purchase I have a little tick box in my head where I go through my virtual wardrobe memory and consider what other garments the new garment can be teamed with.
The lovely team at MYNT1972 sent me this lovely ‘Fit and Flare’ knee length blue skirt at Christmas to try out whilst I was travelling overseas. It’s fast become a favourite in my wardrobe. {you guys know I love anything with colour}
For all three looks shown below I changed my top, shoes and necklace. As much as I would love to lug around my accessories when travelling, I generally travel with basic jewellery and clutch bags. Sometimes simple is more of a statement than going over the top.
Top ~ Asda
Shoes ~ Novo
Necklace ~ Next UK
Bag ~ Novo
Skirt ~ MYNT1972
By changing your top, shoes or even your hair you can easily transform an outfit from day to night or from work to weekend without much effort or, most importantly, huge cost.
I adore this beautiful top constructed in a 3D floral lace pattern with a loose three quarter sleeve.
Shoes ~ Asda
Necklace ~ Next UK
Top ~ Floral Open Lace Next UK

It’s so fun to create multiple looks with a common piece of your closet. I love all three of these outfits; it’s so hard to pick a favorite!
Now if you are looking to purchase garments from MYNT1972 you can buy directly from their website in the USA or if you are in Australia you can buy seasonal stock from The Iconic.
